This lavishly furnished 1 or 2 Bedroom Self-Catered Suite in the historic Sheriff Sartwell Mansion is available for short term rental. Ground floor easy-in, easy-out with no stairs.

Conveniently located adjacent to the McKean County Courthouse, McKean County Historical Society and Old Jail Museum.

Includes fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator containing complimentary beverages and snacks,high-speed Internet, laundry, coffee maker, microwave, 40” flat screen television and DVD.

This suite is available for either day-to-day or short term.
One bedroom is queen, the other is a single bed.

Optionally, you may join our guests for the Mansion District Inn’s signature three-course gourmet breakfast at the B&B on Main Street for only $15 per person. (Advance notice required.)

No pets. No smoking.

All guests receive a world famous Wooly Willy magnetic toy invented in 1955 right here in Smethport, Pennsylvania, and produced locally by Patch Products.
