If your travel plans change…

We are delighted you have chosen the Mansion District Inn Bed & Breakfast for your stay in Smethport.

Thank you for reading this entire confirmation as there is important information listed.

Mansion District Inn Suites is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7- days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A 14-day cancellation is required for special packages and during the months of September and October. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. There is no refund for early departure.

Whole-house reservations require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is required no later than 30-days prior to the first day of the event. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole-house bookings and for some holidays and special events. If we rebook (some of all of) your rooms, a partial refund may be made.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7 or 14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Guests are encouraged to make use of our spacious day rooms that include the library, living rooms, solarium, and the front porch. Ross and I want you to enjoy the Mansion as if it were a home away from home.

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Checkout: 11:00 AM.

Only registered guests of the Mansion District Inn Bed & Breakfast and the PA Wilds Suites and Executive Rentals are allowed on the property at any time. Exceptions are for scheduled weddings, parties, and other prearranged and scheduled events.

The Mansion District Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside the mansions will result in an immediate request to leave, and additional cleaning fee of $250.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Special situations allow for supervised children, please call to make arrangements.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.

Your room will be inspected after your departure and any damages to the room or contents will incur cleaning or repair charges applied to your credit card.

Due to the high cost of replacing keys, failure to return your room key may incur a $40 replacement key charge.
